Tuning up for Tri Season
Hey, Jason here! Trying to drop a couple of pounds on tune up for Triathlon season. I support a good mix of lifting and s/b/r. Wanting to hit goal weight by April. I dont log exercise, only food. Maybe that will change, as of now I dont want to be tempted to eat back my calories.
