Do I really only burn this much???
I walk/run 7-8 miles per day in 2 hrs. I weigh around 114 lbs, 5'0. Do I really just burn 350 calories doing that???? (according to all sorts of exercise calculators) I feel like I'm just waisting time then, I'd rather spend that elsewhere. And none of those at least I burn 350 calories. I thought I have been pretty good at measuring the food that I eat. If I can't tell the servings of the food that I eat, I used to measure by cups and follow that, adding more calories just in case.
