This is one of my favorites! Sorry it is blurry, I was in a hurry to eat! A 3 Egg White and Fresh Spinach Omelet filled with Tomatoes, Calamata Olives and Queso Cotijia and topped with Shrachi! . Total: 169 Calories, 7 Carbs, 9 Fat and 16g Protein.
