MFP Net Calorie Goal - Follow it how closely?
When I started two months ago MFP suggested I take in I want to say 2250... seemed crazy high so I adjusted it down to 2050, still seemed like I was eating a lot (I eat back my burned calories) so I dropped it to 1950 and then 1850 (This over the course of about a week or two).
