Hey! I work 8-5 Monday through Friday and can't seem to find time after work to workout but I am NOT a morning person. I keep trying the AM workouts, but can't seem to keep up on it. Any suggestions?
Hey, On May 7th, I’ve signed up for a 5k. I have been running off and on but mostly been taking spinning classes, elliptical trainer, and Jillian’s 30 Day Shred. But now there is 4 weeks left and I better start getting serious. Any runners out there have any suggestions on a good training plan for the next four weeks?
