I will join I keep starting the 30 day shred and then quitting...I've gotton up to Day 10 on level 1 and stopped..lame...so I will try to keep it going this time :)

Is anyone attempting the Shred in 30 straight days? I was hoping to, but bailed on it this morning which is my Level 1 Day 7, but I also usually go to Spinning Monday nights so I didn’t know if I should add it after spinning just to say I’ve gone straight 30 days?

On Tuesday, I started getting up at 5:30a to do Jillian's 30 Day Shred. I am not a morning person at all, but told myself that a 30 minute circuit workout is doable! Keep at it, I finished Day 4 this morning...it was hard to wake up early first thing on Monday but to do a 20ish minute workout its worth it and goes by fast, so keep it up! Try to eat several small snacks inbetween small meals. It helps to keep your metabolism going and helps keep you full. :happy:
