My spinning class meets 2 times a week..........it is fresh, invigorating, and best of all great for the heart and health! The other benefit is the incredible # of calories burned!! If you haven't tried it yet....get with it! 15 pounds to go......

    I am still to try spinning... somehow I feel I wont be able to go good coz of my body and weight.. but I wanna give it a try and do my best....

  • You should not have to worry about your weight when doing a spinning class. They are designed for your own fitness level. If you can't stay to the beat of the music, you adjust your resistance on your bike so you can. At the end of the day you only train to your fitness level. Once you get the hang of it and you want to work harder to the beat of the music, you increase the resistance. That's all it is. You'll never know, if you don't try.

  • you can do it! The best part of spinning is the music. If you have a great instructor they will play all kinds from the 60s to today. It almost music appreciation 101. Most of all it is fun and you will make it through and enjoy it. Have FUN!!
