How long typically do you do each level of 30day shread?

I know the obvious answer would be to divide it by 3 but this may not be the case with alot of people that have done it

My goal is 10 days per level.0

I did each one for 10 days but you can do each one for as long as you want, and I skipped level one0

I was just wondering this too. I don't know if I will be ready for level two after 10 days of one...I have heard that level two is much harder....0

I mix it up. I do level one on Monday, Level two on Tues, Level three on Wed, then back to Level one on Thur etc...0

round one i did 15 days level 1 and 15 days level 2
round 2 i did 15 days level 2 and 15 days level 3....0
