I have just completed Day 7 of Level 1 and I have lost 2lbs from it this first week. I have done it everyday with running aswell every other day and a walk on the days i don't run to boost my cardio.
I'm really happy with the results so far i just need to keep going everyday. It is getting easier and im less sore but dreading the next level.0 -
I'm on day 5 of level 1 and I feel like it's getting too easy, I'm tempted to go to level 2...I'm so impatient but I'll stick with Level 1 the next 5 days...gotta follow the program correctly.
Good luck everyone.0 -

She says you can move on when you're ready, if you believe you're ready then move on cause if its too easy for you then there wouldnt be much help for you to stay on that level.0 -

I know I was going to say the same thing. You could always move back if you find it tough.
I finished level 1 day 3 today. I was not struggling with weights so much this time. Feel good and sore. Tomorrow will be day off for me.0 -

Good keep it up0 -
Just finished L1 D8 and feeling a bit tired now, wondering if a rest day would be sensible but think will keep going.
I did it straight after a 5k run today and felt bit sick. It is changing my body i could see my arms changing today in the mirror - that's motivating0 -
I just started today. Actually, I just finished & logged it. My *kitten* has been kicked, but I loved it. :P0

Today is day 6, but I don't know if I have the strength to do it. Went to the gym and did two classes back to back. Maybe I'll take a rest day and do shred twice tomorrow.
Yes level 1 was getting to easy soI'll move to L2 since I like it better and just thinking about it makes me hurt.0 -

I just finished day 6 level 1. I took yesterday off because my knees were aching, but felt good today. For some reason, I managed to get through both sets of pushups on day 1, but haven't been able to get through the second set since!0

I just finished L1 D2. I felt sore before, but now I feel much better! Awesome.0

i just started last week. i did not do it consecutively. I only did 3 days on 30 day shred and then I walked up and down 3 flights of stairs for 30 minutes. JM is very tough and I am excited about it. I did not realize how out of shape I am.0

Is anyone attempting the Shred in 30 straight days? I was hoping to, but bailed on it this morning which is my Level 1 Day 7, but I also usually go to Spinning Monday nights so I didn’t know if I should add it after spinning just to say I’ve gone straight 30 days?0
-
I'm starting it tonight!! Wish me luck. haha0

I finished day 5 of level 1 last night. I was sore for the first couple of days, but I'm really feeling a lot better. Hopefully it keeps up! I'm still going to do a couple more days with level 1 before moving on. My boyfriend is doing it with me, and it really helps motivate me to keep going, and to do it everyday. MFP and all of you are great motivators as well!! Keep up the good work!0

Yes, I am attempting to do it 30 days straight, i just finished Day 11 and now on level 2.
I have to be honest im feeling tired from doing it every day but i've lost 4lbs since starting it and today did my regular 5k run before it and i felt a lot stronger so it's definitely helping my fitness.
Level 2 was tough but im hoping after another few days i will have mastered it. I'm going to keep going now - only 19 days left for me0 -
I had intended to do it 30 days straight, but I kind of fell of the wagon a little bit. I missed Friday and Sunday, but I started back again today. I think I might do level 1 a few days longer because I still struggle through that first circuit with the push ups and jumping jacks.0

Just finished Level 2 today and GOOD RIDDANCE! I hate the V strength exercise I BARELY make it through and all the plank stuff is just obnoxious. Idk my results yet for this week because I am bloated thanks to TOM so I am going to measure as soon as I get un-bloated lol!
I will let you know how Level 3 is tomorrow0 -
I did Day 2, Level 2 today, and I agree- its rough! A friend of mine said she thinks Level 3 is actually easier than Level 2. We shall see!0

Did Day 1 for L3 and OMG It kicked my *kitten*! But I def enjoyed it more than L2 (although I miss the walk out pushups! A lot easier than the traveling ones)0
-
Can't wait to get to level 2! 5 more days to go.0
