I start tomorrow. I go back and forth with this. I find myself doing the video every two days. But I sure need the push.

My husband is "suppose" to be starting it with me tomorrow, I guess we will see if he does because he was "suppose" to tonight ;) I am going to start it tomorrow regardless. I also do about 30-45 min cardio a day.

I just started her newest workout DVD, Ripped in 30 today, same premise as the Shred 3-2-1, that builds in for levels. Can I join even though it is a new title? :)

I just bought it today and it should be coming in just a couple of days! I kept reading how great the video is on other posts so I thought I would give it a try. I will let you know as soon as I start...I definitely need the accountability and motivation from others. Lets do this!!
  • I thought I was going to die the first day after I did it. My advice would be not to try to do all of it the first day unless your are already in pretty good shape. It took me almost a week before my legs stopped hurting enough to walk normal.

April 1st is my official start date. I started it a couple of years ago but never kept up with it. That was before I had my friends here on MFP to help keep me motivated. I'm sure I'll follow through this time!

I bought the DVD yesterday too. For anyone looking to buy it is only $7.99 on amazon. I will start tommorrow or day after as soon as it arrives. I have heard so many good things about it. So eagerly awaiting it. Have a wedding to attend in May so want to lose a bit of baby belly by then. Don't want people thinking I am pregnant again. So what are we doing are we staying on this board or are we adding each others as friend? And yes I will take measurements!

I just got through with it, and my legs are KILLING me! Ugh. All those darn jumping jacks have me burning. I know it's worth it though.
  • I started yesterday too. Please feel free to add me, I need all the support I can get getting through this! :)

I have the DVD and do it here and there. I'll hop on board with everyone. I need to find a challenge and some friends to hold me accountable.
  • I am starting again also. I too feel like other threads have dwindled after starting. Is there a way for everyone to track it, so that we are not all over the place?

Good luck everyone, I am off to shred (before nap time is over)
  • I started it yesterday as well and did the second day today..can't wait to complete the 30days...I also do her Banish Fat Boost Your Metabolism DVD...I'm glad to see a lot of ppl that started on the same day...
  • I don't have a HRM but how much do you guys burn for level 1...the 20minutes and warm up and cool down.

I started Saturday but wasn't able to do Sunday or Monday, so am counting this morning as my true "1st" day.

How is everyone doing? I got my DVD today. I did the level 1 today. It is tough but short. I am using 5 lbs weight and I can barely do some strength exercises.I don't think i did the crunches right either. Hopefully I will be able to do it more efficiently over the next few days. But because it is short I think it can be done every day. Time will tell. I am planning to combine it with my regular elliptical and bike routine.

Today is day 5 of level one for me.

Would love to post everyday here to keep myself accountable.

I started this last year but after a few days gave up as i found it too much but since doing the C25K and running every other day my fitness levels have improved and i'm enjoying it. Day four the aches started to disappear.

I'm already seeing results in my arms and tummy firming.

I think the pushups are the hardest thing for me. I can't even do them on my knees, so I do them on my waist :(
