Hi everyone! I'm a mom to two amazing children ages 5 and 6. I keep extremely busy but I am trying a new challenge for myself. Just got back in the weight Loss train
I am back on the diet and weight loss train and would really like to have some new friends for this journey. I'm trying to loose 30 pounds! And I need lots of encouragement! I'm a mother with two kids ages 5 and 6!

Gym tips needed!!
I'm just getting back into the gym thing, so my endurance isn't fully up, but I would love to hear some of your tips on what you do. I normally do jogging for ten minutes on the track, 20 minutes on the elliptical, and some free weights or weight machines. I always feel so lost at the gym. :(

Calorie help
Quick question. Whenever I workout and log my workout, it adds calories to my daily calorie intake. Am I suppose to eat all the calories listed in order to loose weight or how does that work?
