Quick question. Whenever I workout and log my workout, it adds calories to my daily calorie intake. Am I suppose to eat all the calories listed in order to loose weight or how does that work?

Mfp calculates your goal based on normal daily activity, without exercise. Doing exercise "earns" you more calories - the burns can be exaggerated though, so many suggest you eating a portion of them back.1

I never eat back my calories, but, I am sedentary.
However, some things for you to consider:
What are your goals?
Are you cutting or building?
If you are cutting, I wouldn't eat them back.
For losing inches, also, do you have your macros set to higher protein and good fat and lower sugar and carbs or are you following the traditional american diet that is higher in carbs, with moderate protein and low fat?

I haven't changed anything on my settings. Not sure what I should be changing. I'm trying to loose weight.0
