arm excercise?
OK not sure I can explain it right but. If while sitting on the couch or chair or while driving could I take a hand weight (1-3lbs) and put arm out straight and then lift it and bend elbow to shoulder. Does that even make sense? Will that help the chicken flap.

Biking question
When I was heavier riding my bike hurt my butt(you know the area). I've started riding with my daughter and it hasn't hurt like it used to. By the time we are done I'm numb but not hurting like before. Is it because I lost my wieght?

jumping jacks
I am admitting I can't do jumping jacks. I can jump but after about 1 I feel like i have to go :embarassed: HELP!!!!!!

headache and working out
If you have a headache do you still workout? I have a headache and I think it's from the weather. Not sure if I want to do my JM30DS or C25K. UGHHHHH Just want it to go away.

Sports bra
Do you ever run in just your sports bra? I have to wear 2 and I put my shirt on to hold my MP3 today and it covered my tummy and I had to lift it I was hot. SO do you ever run with just your sports bra's and do you do that outside?

Would it be easier to make "recipes' of things we eat say a PBJ sandwich? I was thinking of entering it all in under the recipe and then it's only 1 click instead of at least 3.

any tips for my feet?
Ok I'm doing the C25K and also JM 30 day shred. I have very good running shoes. Tongiht I did week 3 day 3 and my workout. Now I"m in bed and my feet are hurting. THey just ache and need a massage I think. ANy tips?

HOw would you track this?
I am on week 3 day 3 and this is what i ended up doing? I did the 5 in warm up, 90 sec jog, 90 sec walk, 3 min run, 3 min walk, 90 sec run, 90 sec walk and instead of a 3 min run i did a 7 min run then 4 min cool down. WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I liked the song during the last 3 min run and just kept going. Might've…

I'm new. I dont know where to post this question so I'll put it here. How do you log food that you create? Say I make Sloppy Joes. I use hamburger and A1steak sauce and some ketchup. How would I record that? How about meatloaf? Homemade spaghetti? Basically things that don't come with labels? Thanks
