Michael Jackson Experience and Zumba are my faves. Does anyone know how many calories we burn during these exercises? MFP doesn't have anything in the cardio to give a clear idea.
I have become a juice-head! Right now, I am trying varieties like Mango, Pineapple, Celery and Carrot. It's actually pretty good but I normally end up diluting it a bit with water. I also tried a celery, cucumber and apple concoction..not bad Any other suggestions?
I have got to say that My Fitness Pal is helping me through my first pregnancy. I am 5 months and I feel so good. I am eating the correct amount of calories and I am not getting annoying cravings. I am drinking more water and getting my heart pumping at least 30 minutes a day. This is the best thing ever!!
