Travel scale?
Hi, does anybody have ideas for a small travel scale I could keep in my bag and use in restaurants or whatever (yes, giving myself away as totally obsessed)? Or does everyone eyeball food on vacation? Other tips?

Stiffness/ROM in neck
Hi guys, let me run this by you. I've noticed recently that my neck is stiff and doesn't "crack" easily, which it has always done. (Upper back also cracks less easily.)
