Tummy
i am 122lbs now 5'3. I have been doing zumba, bar method classes and Jillian michaels's DVD . I do at least 1hr of something 5 days / week. My diet is relatively controlled with cheat days on weekends. Not too bad but I guess bad enough . Everything decreased for me except my tummy. Now I look slim overall with this lower…

Shoes
I am in need of good shoes as my ankles are hurting from all the twisting and jumping from zumba. Any good recommendations. I can afford unto $50 or so.

No motivation today
I am lacking all motivation to work out today. My weekend was full of splurges , I kept telling myself I will pick up during the week. Today I am just not motivated. My mood is off too due to some stress at work. Any suggestions ?

Sore legs and thighs
I recently started doing pilates and some weight training via 30 day shred. And my thighs, legs are quiet sore. Should I skip weight training alternate days or push thru it? They are not rock tight just sore. Thanks for your help!

Push ups
i just cant do these. Everything else is doable squats, lunges etc.. My elbows just dont bend. Any tips??
