I am making a boot camp circuit at home gym. I have a treadmill, some dumbbells, resistance bands and a excercise ball. Please give me your recommendations on excercise I can add. One day focused on upper body, one on lower. Two days/week.

Mid section
Any ideas how to get rid of my muffin top. I run 3 -5 miles a day 2-3 Times per week. I try to eat well, occasionally slip up. My butt and arms; legs all look toned. My tummy not so much :(

Hi All Anyone here successfully reduced their sugar intake. I have a huge belly despite doing decent amount of excercise/running. I am not a big eater but sugar is my definite weakness. I drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day loaded with sugar. How do I kick this habbit. It is really sabotaging my efforts to get fit. Thanks

Long runs
I am starting my half marathon training now. I usually run 5k -10k distance for which I have enough music. I have realized that last 4-6 miles I start gettin very bored. What suggestions do you have for staying distracted during long runs. Podcasts ? I need suggestions esp since I train alone.

I am running my first 10k thus Sunday. The longest I have run is 4.5 miles. Should I run a 10k before Sunday or will I be screwed in the race?

Long commute
Any suggestions to motivate me to work out more- I have a long commute to work (1.5 hrs each way) and am too tired to do anything after that. I leave at 630 in AM and have no time to do anything. are bootcamps effective. i have signed for a 4 week trial near my house. 40 min class. I have been thr 2-3 times. Each time i feel its more strength than cardio. its all pushups, core, strength. i need to lose about 10 lbs. has anyone had success with bootcamps. if so how many times/week is good ?

Ok friends. I have dropped my cardio to almost none. I can see that my weight has stayed same but my tummy looks bulging. I am thinking of starting p90x or insanity whichever is easier to kick start my cardio. Suggestions? Also where should I buy these DVDs ? Online or eBay?

Hi All So a total amt of sugar allowed per female adult is abt 25 gm per day. Greek yogurt chiobani, fage are so rich in sugar. What are folks eating for Greek yogurt? I just buy pain at trader's joe and add some own fruit. Not sure sugar content of that. Ideas of eating Greek yogurt in mornings in a healthy way?

Tighter tummy
I am really watching my diet and doing 30 day Shred, plus 30 min cardio pls few classes at my work gym here and there like yoga, Zumba. My weight increased by 3 lbs but my tummy is getting tight. Still some rolls in lower belly. Getting tummy tight is good sign?? Or that am gaining weight.

Hi Folks My weight is going up by almost .5 lbs per week. I am doing a lot if Excercise. Nothing drastically diff. I do look a lot muscular than I used too. Am I gaining muscle or just getting fat again?
