Disheartened

Hi friends. I am just sad today. Gained 3-4 lbs in 2 weeks. I was at 120 for last 8 months. Now boom 123-4. Not much change in diet. Excercise same. I give up on this.., my tummy bloated like 5 mo. Looks gross... All my dresses were fitting until a month ago and then somehow I lost firmness then weight crept up. I only have have so many hrs to workout.

Any tips? My plateau is going wrong direction. Just so disappointed in myself. Can't talk to my hubby, he won't understand..

    I weigh 269, don't feel too bad, it could be worse xD could be water weight or something you ate made you bloat. Seems like u are in a healthy weight range though, just keep it that way. 1-5 weight changes happen overnight and can also go away overnight :)
