I am at my goal weight but would like suggestions to continue to measure progress not weight based though. We run a healthy competition in our friends circle. Last few weeks we measured weight loss. Now what can we measure on consistent basis to track progress.

    inches - muscle is leaner and more compact than fat so you will get leaner

    endurance? has your cario increased? maybe do some challenges that will keep you motivated
