I gained like 2-4 lbs in a week!, I am on my period but never gained so much? I was able to lift higher wt dumb bells much easier. My cardio is down for sure. Do u think it's weight gain or muscle or just that time of month?

Coffee replacement
I am hooked to instant coffee that is already mixed with sugar and powder. You just need to add hot water. Please help me get off this. I can afford 1-2 cups/day. I am usually so hungry at work that I keep having it every2-3 hrs. I avoid eating snacks.

How much fruit is bad?
I make a smoothie with 4/5 fruits ( like some berries, banana, mango and pineapple). We get 2 servings out of it which my husband and I share. Pain in ankle
i did Jillian Michael 30 day shred bare foot last week when I started. I realized later tha my ankle hurt like hell. I took a break changed shoes and pain finally went away.
