Hi Friends
I was on a very good track with regular Zumba and other fitness classes. I lost 20lbs too. Then our family's move happened to another city. That just overwhelmed me. Before I know I haven't worked out in 4 weeks and put on 2-3 lbs. I really miss the studio I went to in my old city for zumba etc.. So far I haven't found anything good around me in new city. Too expensive and no time as we haven't completely settled in yet. On top we tempted to try all the new places for,food around us in new city.
Someone just help me get back to my routine!!! I am getting worried that I will pile on lbs:(

Just start with one day a week and then add another keep adding it until you have gotten yourself back into your routine! You remember how good you felt when you were working out? You know you want to feel that good again!! GO DO IT!0

The best push I can give you is to tell you that you don't need a Zumba class to get back on it. Find a park and do some body weight exercises or walk/jog around the block. Stop waiting for things to get set before you attack them. Just keep moving. Good luck!0

sounds great.. i will be going for some walks ! i also own lot of Jillian DVDs which i used to do few months ago. i will start with those .. just the mental block.0
