Do you mean, there's subcutaneous fat, or is your tummy bloated?0

I'm so sorry. I know how you feel I have the same problem. Everyone is going to tell you to lift heavy which is wonderful advice. Unfortunately I lift heavy and have yet to see tummy improvement ): don't give up though!!! I wont either!0

Someone who I met tonite after a couple of years gleaned over my tummy and said" u look so tiny" . I did lose weight over the years. I think the lady was trying to hint I am prego. That just brought me to tears...0

Okay, I don't lift heavy. I'm 42 friggin' years old and I'm not a body builder anymore and I don't want to be a body builder anymore (just heading off anyone giving me that advice - LOL). Anyway. What do you do for your lower abs? Are you doing leg lifts? (lay on back, lift legs 6 - 8", open legs, close legs, lower to ground) What about 6" inch killers (lay on back, lift legs from floor 6", hold til you think you are gonna die, lower, rest, repeat) Are you working your obliques (side ab muscles)? How about hanging knee lifts? Are you working your inner abs?
With abs you have to be very specific to work each type.
If you are bloated, that is different. You will need to limit gas producing foods and if you don't do abdominal massage on yourself to promote good digestion I'd start that, too (not to mention it helps me so I expel gas by burping).
Best of luck!!

Well since you dont' have a picture for us to really analyze - you may be over thinking it. However, start working on lower ab excercises such as leg lifts, in/outs, bicycles, mason twists, (Floor sweepers are my fave and really targeted my lower abs)
Drink lots of water. It could be that you are bloated - watch the sodium intake!!
Good luck! HTH0
