You may want to open your diary. That will help you get some constructive info.
Congrats on your loss so far!0 -
Watch your sugar intake.
BOTH sugar and artificial sweeteners increase your appetite, so cutting back on them makes weight loss easier, because you are not hungry all the time.
If I have a DIET COKE, no way I can keep under 1400 cal.
More foods now than ever before have hidden sugars in them and are sold as "real foods" always check your labels
I have a sweet tooth, If I'm going to eat the sugar I want a cookie, gosh darn it!
And just remember, you don't have to be perfect you just have to do better.0 -
Are you drinking enough water? Dehydration often mimics feeling of hunger. If you're drinking enough water and you're trying to eat as much non-processed food as possible - you may need to up your calories and eat more.0

I'm only 3 pounds to my goal but still have some belly fat left. It's the hardest area for women to fight fat. There is probably a simple fix to your hunger. Feel free to friend me or open your food diary. The answer probably lies in there. Congrats on your progress so far!0

First, congrats on your 15 pound loss!!! Obviously you're doing something right. My advice is to fill up on water and low-cal items (plain popcorn, blueberries, veggies, etc. so you can eat a LOT but very little calories)...then mentally you'll feel like you got to eat a big volume of food.0

Upping foods that are high in fiber can help you feel more full. Also, eating more protein and less carbs can help. Without looking at diary that's the best advice I can give...0

I agree. While it feels uncomfortable at first you might want to consider opening your diary for others to view. I learn a lot from others.
I have had problems with a carbohydrate craving mostly. I have stopped eating sweets, so don't crave those, but it took a while. A doctor friend of mine mentioned blood sugar and the carbohydrate craving. Try eating smaller amounts more frequently. I also like snacking on low cal items like grapes or watermelon while it's in season. I found some low fat corn tortillas that take away my craving with only one tortilla.
Good luck!0
