Hi Everyone

I am looking for some guidance on understanding how any gms of fat/sugar/carbs I need for a healthy lifestyle. I am 120lbs, 5'3, working on toning myself and maintaining my weight. I have lost 20 lbs overlast few months with mainly cardio and just common sense eating choices. Now it's time for part 2, which is really understanding how much I should eat of what.
