Hi Folks

Anyone know links where I can stream insanity program without buying it. I don't know if I will be able to do it but I want to try it. Not ready to buy it yet.

    I don't think you can stream Insanity but you can buy it cheaper from Ebay. Also Dr. Oz has a 20 minute workout from the creator of Insanity. Shaun T was in his show and did a 20 minute routine for a glimpse of Insanity program.Maybe you can try this 20 minutes routine and decide if you buy it.

    I just bought it and will start my day 1 of INSANITY tomorrow. The part I like the most about it so far is that whatever I cant do....Shawn says improvise on my own and I will sweat and be active regardless. Basically, "fake it till you make it". BTW, I got it on Amazon for much cheaper than the Beachbody website sells it.

    If you do end up buying it from Beachbody, they are really good about refunding your money if you don't like it. It's definitely super intense. I bought it a few years ago and only got through half of it. Now I'm training in preparation of starting it in January in the hopes of actually completing all 60 days.
