are bootcamps effective. i have signed for a 4 week trial near my house. 40 min class. I have been thr 2-3 times. Each time i feel its more strength than cardio. its all pushups, core, strength.

i need to lose about 10 lbs. has anyone had success with bootcamps. if so how many times/week is good ?

    I love them! But you have to either eat your TDEE- 20% or eat back your exercise calories. You also need to get some sort of liquid protein after to help with recovery. Lots of water too! Like anything, if you don't get the diet right, you wont have results.

    i am such a mess right now. I have been doing strength training, yoga, pilates etc.. but my tummy has just grown in size.
    I really need to watch my diet. I am relying on exercise to help but may be its my diet : ( I eat very healthy to begin with. the only bad stuff i do eat is sugar in my coffee (3x/wday). any tips on weeding out some good foods that are actually bad ?
