Basically starting weight from 5 days ago is 170 and from there I've only been working out and eating 1700 calories a day and my maintenance is 1800.. Quick question about calories
So say today I ate 1300 calories. Next day I: Wake up (dont eat breakfast), (dont eat lunch) but throughout the 7 hours I spent riding my bike. Since biking burns calories, and since I didn't eat anything, does it burn from the previous days calories?

Is it bad?
I eat breakfast at 5PM, then dinner at 9PM, then I go 20 hours which will bring me to the next day 5PM to have my next meal and repeat. I've been doing this for weeks and I've lost 15 pounds but is this bad? I didn't realize I was going 20 hours without food but eating two meals is easy.
