Alright, thanks a ton.

Yeah I thought so too, tried about 6 different calculators but i'm not sure what I entered incorrectly. Read the instructions but still somehow kept getting 2900. What should I do at this point? Do I stop with the 1200 and go to 1500 instead? I just want to do what's safe.

5,9 19 Spend most time of the day on the computer and about 2 hours is spent doing physical stuff ( exercise, stretches etc) I posted videos above

Well I do the math in my head and I eat foods that are straight forward. Example: It's exactly what the bag/box says 2 Pieces of bread ( 190 ) 1 Slice of cheese ( 50 Calories ) Ketchup ( 30 teaspoon ) so I just are little as possible to a teaspoon Tuna Package ( 120 ) - I don't drink juice anymore so liquid isn't a problem…

I'm currently 170 pounds and yes as I explained in the post before this I would digest so much cheese ( solid one ) big huge clunks which is stacked with calories. So it wasn't me eating different variety of foods, burgers etc.. I eat the same stuff meaning Bread and cheese, Tuna, Waffles, Eggs. The problem was adding too…

I just ate a lot of cheddar cheese ( the solid one ). I would cut huge chunks out and mix it into everything... then I found out that is too much calories so I just use 1 slice cheese for 50 calories rather than 500+ for the big clunk I would eat. Addition to cheese is bad and not eating that much is hard but I stopped…

Thanks guys, I will change up what I eat to make sure it's more nutrient and stuff and also pick up a new scale while i'm at it; I'm also going to just log whatever I eat as well.. By the way this morning I checked myself on the scale again and it seems to have went back down to normal, it's at 172 from 185 so I don't…

Yeah it doens't make crap sense, I feel the scale is broken. It's like 15 years old and the "tick" .. The tick also needs to be slid, its like a wheel.. very old fashioned so I think ima just try to buy a new one... cause I barely eat that much

Because I eat the same thing everyday and previously when I Was trying to lose weight I already logged it. Literally Tuna (120Calories), Solid Cheddar Cheese(200), Slice Cheese(50), Mayonaise(200), White Bread (190=2slices). And the second thing would be either egg(80 - 100), butter ( 100 ), cheese ( 50 ) , bread(190).…

I'm 19 and I'm starting at 170 and my goal is similar to yours! I'm in, lets do this... already 5 days in

I already re-commented about not knowing the difference between the two... I only use calorie deficit in the past. I don't mind it at all, I'll continue using it along with working out now :) Summary: I thought you can eat then workout to lose calories. Then the second thing was: You eat less... example ( 1800 normally )…
-
Oh I thought calorie deficit and burning off fat by working out was two different things but I guess not. Ok so I will continue doing a deficit of a certain number then workout and eat back the amount I burned.
-
Lol well okay then, thanks.
-
I just memorize the numbers of calories then keep it in my head. You can get uset to that too.
-
I will keep that in mind for when i'm exercising. :s
-
Thank you
-
Okay Thanks!
-
It wasn't intentional, it just happened this time so I was curious what the results would be since it already has occurred. Thanks for the info though.
-
Oh phew, kk thanks everyone.

I find it pretty accurate, I did say I was going to weight 165 in a month and a month has gone by and I just happen to weigh 165 .

wow great job! you still look amazing. Keep up the good work :)

I hope not and I will take the advice

Yeah I checked the links, I will see a doctor in another few weeks if I still see no difference. I do not have a food scale but I will get one if it's required, thanks.
-
The goal was 1pound a week or 1.5. Also I'm sure sure i'm calculating it right but who knows I thought it was just looking at the amount of calories then adding it to your log then having it added up. The scale is probably like 10 - 15 years old but it seems like it works fine eitherway. I checked on another scale and the…

It's the one I listed in my diary and I just place it in the oven and turn the oven on like 350 and leave it till it's cooked, then basic buns + ketch + cheese + mayo. I make sure I count all the calories they have and add it to the diary. I also do not have a food scale but It looks like I need to buy one so I probably…

1. It's been more than that, I only made that thread at the time but I also still tried to eat at 1200 and less and less each day. 2. Days where you see me not tracking, I still kept it in mind and I wasn't even able to as the location I was at ( cousins ) internet was not a option since it was camping. 3. Partially just…

Ok I will eat 1700 a day and thanks tons for doing the math for me :) As for everyone else, the problem is not that I can't workout it's really that I changed my mind on not wanting to and just focusing on a deficit instead but I'm not lazy and I ride my bike everyday + SOMETIMES do a 30 minute workout but I don't sense…
