I’m training for my first tri on September 2 and I’m also following the bodybuilding.com Jaime Eason workout plan… should I do cardio and continue to lift as much weights as I was doing? Or should I cut back on lifting and focus on the cardio? … Help, please :)
My caloric daily target is around 1200, in addition to what I gain from working out.. but recently I have been reaching my sugar, fiber and protein goal way before I reach my calorie goal.
