  • I was over by around 100g today.. I don't mind when it's around 20 - 50g. That's why I was asking ... my total for today is 185 or so... and i'm still missing dinner :?
  • Can too much protein be bad??? Someday I go WAY over my protein intake.. and others I can't meet them. But I take a protein bar before my workout (30g) and a shake after (15g) during my long workouts, all of this is in the morning. So by the end of the day I sometimes go over.. Suggestions --

  • Your heart being lower is normal, your either getting in better shape which just means you need to push your self harder than before.... or, look into the other variables, like how long your sleeping and how tired you are, that makes a huge difference.   • I got a heart rate monitor, it was the only way that I could actually track my cals burned during those workouts..

  • given that I can see how many cals I've consumed during the day at any time... when I go out to dinner it makes me more mindful of what I can or can't eat.. I've had mine for almost a months (when I started actually working out) and I think it has helped me out a lot..
