Sorry no silver bullet when it comes to weight lose! Put in the work and you will get results.0

Okay, I need to ask ... What is the pound equivalent of a "stone"? have seen several mentions of it on several posts, but am not familiar with it as a unit of measure. thank you.0

The best way to lose and keep it off is to take it a day at a time. No magic pills. Track your calories, it works! Drink water! Move your body!0

What is fat for you is a goal weight for others.0

^agree^
there is no magic pill, no magic potion, no magic weight loss drink that will give you good results.
most of that stuff is bad for you anyway and you end up gaining weight back plus more.
what it boils down to is healthy eating and fitness.
you didn't put the weight on overnight, you can't lose the weight overnight either.
The good news.... You CAN do it!!! And we will support & encourage you0 -

You're not that big, honestly! Follow MFP's calorie recommendations for a 1lbs a week weight loss, try and make up most of those calories with healthy eating, exercise regularly with a mixture of aerobic and resistance training and Bob's your uncle! I'm sure your trainer can give you heaps of advice too. Good luck!0
