Heading to Cuba next week, 10 days all-inclusive... food and drink... help! Anyone have any tips on how to not go overboard? What should I drink? I stil want to enjoy myself, but not go overboard and ruin all my hard work... Thanks!

Calorie deficit confusion!
Someone help! What do they mean by calorie defecit? If I plan to eat 1300 cals per day... And I exercise 2 300 cals per day... And I'm not losing any weight... How do I make a calorie defecit??
