Bump confusion..
I am new to this site as of yesterday and I see that a lot of people write the word "bump" on a post or such. What does the word 'bump' mean? Also, some people say to eat 3 meals a day and one snack. Others say to eat 4-5 small meals a day not to crave anything. Does anyone know what to really do? Please help. :cry:

I'm only 18 years old andcan be quite the coach potatoe sometimes.. I just always have so much work and homework to do and after that I just want to come home, eat and sleep. How do YOU get the motivation to eat healthy and stay away from those bad cravings? How do you get the motivation to exercise?
