Hello! I would like to start adding a protein shake to my morning and have read that Whey Protein is the best (as opposed to soy and some other type). Can someone give me a "Protein Shakes for Dummies" version? Maybe some suggestions? Thanks!

Help! Lacking in the motivation department
Can someone please give me a trick to get me motivated? For some reason I am just not feeling the exercising. I don't mind eating healthy, in fact, I prefer it. But getting myself to go to the gym has become a HUGE issue. Is there anyone that can give me some advice?
