30 Day Shred Problems...
I started JM's 30 Day Shred tonight in order to jumpstart my new year's resolution, and found that I had trouble with side lunges and bicycle crunches. I find that I'm barely able to do them at all. Granted, I do push through it... but I know I'm not doing the exercise right. Has anyone else had this problem? Will it come…
