30 Day Shred Problems...

I started JM's 30 Day Shred tonight in order to jumpstart my new year's resolution, and found that I had trouble with side lunges and bicycle crunches. I find that I'm barely able to do them at all. Granted, I do push through it... but I know I'm not doing the exercise right.

Has anyone else had this problem? Will it come with time or should I look for a way to modify it?

    scary enough i discovered today that im already on day 25 tomorrow! i;m a 250 pound girl and this whole experience has been a pretty intense one. A lot of the stuff this whole time has been easy but a lot was very difficult. the first day 3-4 days for me REALLY sucked i couldn't walk, i;m sure people were talking:P it really does get better and easier. just do what you can and weirdly enough by day 10 you will be a pro and then it will all be over before you know it. level 2 was the only one that i didn't think totally sucked! but in the 25 days i can feel muscle definition in my back and my legs. just because you cant do something now doesn't mean you wont be a pro in a few days! DON'T GIVE UP!
