I would very much like to lose another 5kg, as well as tone up my upper body (back/shoulders/arms). Ive found it particularly hard since having spinal surgery and chronic lower back pain. PS - 20 year old here. I've got a treadmill? If anyone has innovative workout ideas too - I'm all ears :)
