Hi, from Santa Clarita, CA, 48, re-started in Feb 20212, looking to get healthy by losing another 126 lbs after losing 16 lbs. Started at 318 lbs and goal is 176 lbs. Looking for friends to stay motivated.
I plan to reduce 100 lbs in 50 weeks using a strategy which is based on common sense. The elements of this strategy are: 1. Balanced diet 2. Moderate activity 3. Adequate sleep 4. Focused attitude 5. Positive environment I will explain each element in separate post. Stay focused.
I am determined to lose 100lbs in a year time. I am not using any fads or special diets. Just common sense. I have started gym and hope to watch my food intake like a hawk. Starting now at 271 I hope to get down to 171 by April 07, 2009. Wish me luck. Civilshah
