Its perfectly ok to feel bad once in a while. If I am not feeling ok I would rather eat more then not to eat. One great anti-depressant is gym. I bet you will not only feel good but will also eat all your calories. You can do it just stay focused.

Care killed cat. Was the idom was this or something like this. But for sure it will put you under lot of stress for worrying about few micro slippages. Plain turkey on wheat, no dressing and no cheese. You have a winner, six inches for under 300 calories. But I am also eating their foot long due to 5 buck deal. Hope they can make it 2.5$ for six inch to keep us on our diet :)

By the way I ate ice cream cake slices, I think three of them, would be around 700 calories. I dont feel bad since I ate them to feel good. Sometimes food is pain killer. As long as you dont over do it. I think it is better then other dangerous prescription medicine for depression. Will workout more to compensate for this.…
