I've got my weight loss goal!
249 pounds!!
I've lost 42 pounds since my heaviest, 27 since August!
I haven't weighed this in about 15 years!
MFP has made me realize what and when I eat, and being able to create my own exercise routines is super!
Thanks MFP!

If you reduce your weight to normal for your age bracket/height and weight, a lot of the above can be minimalized or even go away completely (as long as you continue to maintain at that weight).
