What do you use during workouts?
Just wanted to see what apps/Programs/etc, people are using to track calories burned during workouts. I've been using the Polar watch/band, but that band can get super uncomfortable!! If there is something else out there, that's accurate and comfortable to wear, I'd love to know...thank you!

Leg Day - love/hate relationship
Just wanted to grab some tips/advice/opinions about spreading out my leg workouts. I feel like I try to do too much on one day and leave too many days in between. Too much or too little calories???
Just found out that I am preggo (8 weeks along!) but I still would like to use MFP to make sure I don't get carried away :tongue: Before I used MFP to lose weight and maintain accountability.
