Is there a way to count how many calories you burn strength-training?
Is there? If I do squats or pushups, it doesn't give me any sort of calorie burnage. Is there any way to reliably record this?

How to track a kettlebell workout?
I've starting working out with kettlebells, but I can't seem to find a way to track it in the exercise diary MFP provides. What do you use? Would just general aerobics be ok (I'm moving the entire time I'm working out, no breaks between sets).
