Not sure of amount of Calories
I made a chicken ball spread for a party this past weekend. I am not sure on how to count the calories with this. I mean, I didn't eat the whole thing myself, so it's not like I can count just what is on package of the ingredients in it, you know? Any help on figuring this out? I actually lost ...
I have only been counting my calories and doing as much workouts as I can (which is nowhere near what I used to do). That includes a lot of walking (at least 2 miles).
