I'm in .... Can anybody help me with what I should measure exactly? I posted this as its own topic, but wanted to ask here too. What to measure? Hips, waist, stomach, etc?

Nickelback, Linkin Park, Green Day, etc. Anything that is somewhat "hard" helps push me to keep going when I am about to quit.

Yay! I am so glad I joined this last month and succeeded my August goal (by 2.7 miles). I am in it again for September, same goal, b/c I struggled in the middle of August. My goal is to do 60+. Good Luck ya'll ! ! !

Updating ... 5.7 miles this morning. I walked/ran today. I did about half, but have no real way of calculating (if anything a little more walking than running). Have a good one!

I tried it and got no results. I was always hungry . I figured I could eat the FOOD I wanted instead of their stuff and still keep within my calories/points, etc.

I hate weighing myself .... I avoid it as much as possible. I am currently only weighing myself every 2 weeks, first thing in the morning. I'm still starting out the diet/workout routine (again) and not ready to face the numbers, just yet. :ohwell:
