I need some opinions on sugar. I set it up as a thing to "track" and MFP says I should only have 24 grams of sugar a day. Do you reset your goals at the beginning of a year?
I started on my "weight loss" efforts in full force January 2011. I was able to lose 40 lbs (although I gained 10 back in December alone, those darn cookies!) So I was net -30 (or thereabouts) on 1/1/2012. I am back on it, already lost 4 lbs (water) this week... BUT, do I reset my goals or leave them? I want to lose about…

How many weigh daily? Weekly? More/less often? I used to weigh myself daily when I first started (lost 38 lbs so far, 25 to go) but I have taken a "break" from the diet these last few months (maintained/gained 7 back, ready to lose it again!)
