I just bought a personal blender and I'm looking for ideas to make drinks. Alcholic, bpc, smoothies, etc. All recipes or suggestions are welcome!
Would any of you guys mind checking out my dairy entries and seeing if I'm doing this right? Any improvements or suggestions for me? I'd really appreciate it.
I've noticed that on the days that my carbs have been a lot lower (under 30) that I just feel ravenous. Just insatiably hungry. Is this normal? Is it something that will stop happening once I'm in ketosis? Do I need to eat more fat when this happens? I feel like a hungry hungry hippo (literally!)
