Calories and Carbs?
MFP has me set at 1680 calories a day to lose 1 pound per week. I reset my macros when I decided to go low carb at 5% Carbs, 30% Protein, and 65% Fat. Should I try and hit all those macros AND THE CALORIES? Or forget about the calories and just stay under the carb count? I'm just kind of confused. Also, I always seem to be…

Fitbit Calorie question
Fitbit friends. MFP and Runtastic say I burned 256 calories walking but when I sink my Fitbit it adjusts only 136 calories. What gives? I'm sick of Fitbit taking my calories away. I know that I wasn't doing much activity over the weekend but still. Isn't MFP calories set at what you'd do if you didn't move at all? HELP…
