I eat a lot of canned chicken and tuna. Sometimes i will mix the chicken up with an avocado, sounds weird but tastes amazing, or hot sauce. Today is day 4 for me too but I'm not exactly doing induction. I am eating avocados and nuts which I don't think you can technically have on induction but I am staying below 25 carbs and below my calories (1680). I'm not doing induction really because I am eating avocados and nuts but I am trying to stay below 25 carbs per day. Should I still stay under my calories too? Or simply worry about the carbs?

I take a can of chicken, some franks buffalo wing sauce, and blue cheese crumbles and mix it together. Then I either eat it straight or cut up some peppers and use them to scoop it up. Delish :)

First goal is 60lbs? My first goal is 10 pounds! That way I have something small to shoot for but hey whatever works for you :) Ultimately I'd like to lose about 50 pounds. If you need a supportive friend feel free to add me ;)
