Guys this breakfast is so simple and quick but SO YUMMY!

Morning everyone... just thought I would quickly share what I made for breakfast this morning. It took me fewer than five minutes and it is SOO SIMPLE but it is DELICIOUS!

So, obviously there's an apple and banana cut up there... no biggie. But the yoghurt in the middle is the real gem. All this has in it is low fat natural yoghurt (150g) and frozen blueberries (40g). I didn't defrost the blueberries, just blended them in. It's so tasty so thought I would share if anyone needs a very quick and healthful breakfast that you really do just throw together. Of course, you could easily add protein powder (which I am planning to do) and things like flaxseeds or whatever to the mix.... lots of possibilities! According to MFP, this comes in at 346 calories.
