Avoiding injury after c-section
Does anyone have any tips about fitness after c-section. Before and during pregnancy I lifted weights. I'm not afraid of hard work, but I AM afraid of overdoing it? Pretty much every exercise I do requires a strong core, but mine is shot for now. Do I just focus on the core, and cardio? Do I do light weights and slowly…

Hi! I'm 25 with a 2 year old and one on the way. Rejoined this site to help me stay active throughout my pregnancy. My preferred method of exercise is strength training, but am having trouble staying motivated.
